Job summary

The Boys and Girls Club of Benton County is seeking enthusiastic, responsible individuals to join our team. This part-time opportunity requires availability Monday - Friday from 2:30 – 7:00 pm. Must have transportation to and from work, be reliable, honest, and able to work with students.

Responsibilities include assisting leadership, running a grant-based program each semester, overseeing USDA requirements during club hours, and maintaining accurate attendance records. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High School Diploma required.
  • Prior experience with youth preferred.
  • Ability to plan, organize and implement recreational activities.
  • Group leadership and communication skills required.
  • Reliable, honest, and have transportation to work.
  • Ability to work with students.

Responsibilities

  • Assist leadership with the day-to-day flow of the Club.
  • Run one grant required program per semester; meet with Program Manager weekly to ensure lessons are completed.
  • Assist with other programming and clubs, including community service and pulse checks.
  • Oversee USDA requirements during club hours (fridge temps, menu posting, meals, milk count, leftovers).
  • Ensure roster accuracy and complete attendance via Daxko weekly.
  • Collect attendance rosters and submit to unit director every Friday.
  • Assist with monthly TANF attendance roster.
  • Discuss incidents/accident reports with parents as needed.
  • Fill in on the floor as needed and have the ability to close the facility.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Our goal is to provide a safe, positive environment for members during out-of-school times to promote Academic Success, Good Character and Citizenship, and Healthy Lifestyles.This part-time opportunity requires you to be available Monday - Friday from 2:30 – 7:00 pm. Must have transportation to and from work, be reliable, honest, and be able to work with students. Must be at least 18 years old. Must have a positive attitude and be able to work well with others.Job Summary:Our goal is to provide a fun, safe environment where members are provided the opportunity to engage in programs that empower our members to reach their full potential.This part-time opportunity requires you to be available Monday - Friday from 1:30pm – 7:00pm. Must have transportation to and from work, be reliable, honest, and be able to work with members.Responsibilities:Assist leadership with the day-to-day flow of the Club.Responsible for running one grant required program per semester. Ability to get along with diverse personalities, tactful, mature and flexible. Good reasoning abilities and sound judgement.
