Job summary

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Benton and Franklin Counties in Pasco, WA is seeking a Part-time Gym Lead Supervisor for the Pasco Branch. Under the supervision of the Branch Director and Program Director, you will ensure quality gym programming and run National Boys & Girls Club curriculum and in-house activities.

Responsibilities include planning activities for Kinder through 12th grade, ensuring health and safety, promoting programs, managing supplies, and maintaining a clean facility.

• Experience working with youth is preferred.
• Ability to plan and run gym activities for diverse age groups.

Gym Lead is responsible for planning a variety of activities to engage all age groups, male and female club members. Gym Lead will run both National Boys & Girls Club curriculum and in house activities.Youth Development Professionals should enjoy working with youth, and create an environment that is safe and fun while helping members build confidence and skills.
