The Goddard School of Doylestown on Farm Lane is seeking a dedicated Lead Younger Toddler Teacher to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for one-year-olds. You will lead a collaborative team and own daily activities that support early development.

Minimum 2 years of toddler experience and a CDA credential or ECE degree are preferred. We offer stable, predictable hours with no nights or weekends and comprehensive benefits, including insurance and PTO.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent required.
• CDA credential or degree in Early Childhood Education is preferred or required depending on qualification path.
• Strong communication with parents and teamwork in a licensed childcare setting is essential.

Aufgaben

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities for younger toddlers.
• Foster social, emotional, cognitive, language and physical development.
• Support key milestones: walking, first words, self-feeding, independence.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom meeting health/licensing standards.
• Supervise and mentor Assistant Teacher in the classroom.
• Communicate daily with parents about milestones and activities.
• Manage transitions and routines with patience and consistency.
• Maintain accurate developmental records and portfolios.
• Adhere to all health, safety and licensing guidelines.
