Qualifications

• RN license is required and national wound certification is preferred or must be pursued within 12 months.
• Must complete Skin Health Team Lead orientation and Wound Basics within 90 days of hire.
• Strong charting and incident reporting experience is required.
• Ability to lead interprofessional wound care teams and apply national guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and integrate a Skin Health and Wound management program with nursing center leadership.
• Serve as the clinical expert for skin, wound, and incontinent products with central supply.
• Oversee durable medical equipment related to wound prevention and management.
