Job summary

Genesis HCC, a leader in skilled nursing and post-acute care, seeks a Wound Care and Skin Health Team Lead, RN, to oversee clinical wound programs and champion skin integrity. You’ll perform comprehensive wound assessments, develop evidence-based care plans, and guide complex wound treatments.

You will educate and mentor nursing staff, monitor risk and outcomes, and collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, and families.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Virginia.
• Wound care certification preferred.
• Experience leading wound care teams.

Responsibilities
