Job summary

Genesis is seeking a skilled RN leader to oversee a Skin Health and Wound management program in collaboration with nursing center management. This role will act as the clinical expert for wound products and oversee DME related to wound care.

Ideal candidates hold an RN license with wound certification or a commitment to obtain it within 1 year, and they'll bring strong charting, regulatory knowledge, and team-building abilities to support patient care and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must possess an RN license.
• Must complete Skin Health Team Lead orientation and Wound Basics within 90 days of hire.
• Must obtain national wound certification within 1 year of hire or be enrolled in a fast-track program.
• Knowledge of clinical charting, incident reporting and investigation is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and integrate Skin Health and Wound management program with nursing center management.
• Support central supply as the clinical expert for skin, wound, and incontinent products.
• Oversee durable medical equipment related to wound prevention and management.
