SanStone Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a Wound Care/Treatment Nurse to join our team. The role focuses on comprehensive wound care, skin assessment, and coordinating care with physicians and families.

Responsibilities include leading wound rounds, documenting progress, educating staff, and ensuring compliance with standards and policies. RN licensure and CPR are required, wound care certification preferred.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
• Valid State Nursing licensure required. RN preferred.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsabilidades

• Assess skin alterations and develop plans of care.
• Implement orders and treatments; evaluate progress of wound conditions.
• Participate in weekly wound team rounds and document status.
• Notify physician and family of changes; educate nursing staff.
