Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in corporate design and construction project management.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Develop test fits for proposed locations independently or with external consultants.
• Oversee construction drawings and incremental progress sets.
• Develop and manage furniture plans and selections.
• Coordinate with local furniture dealers for finishes and quotations.
• Develop signage packages and coordinate installation to project schedule.
• Provide regular reporting on project status, risks, and budgets; manage TI allowances and overall costs.
• Coordinate with AV/IT, Security, Facilities and other units for seamless execution.
• Ensure projects are delivered complete and ready for occupancy.
