Job summary

Axis Energy Administration LLC is seeking a Rig Operator to lead a 4–5 person workover crew and safely operate well workover components in accordance with company procedures and customer requirements. You will coordinate crew readiness, perform and supervise rig operations, inspect setup, transport, and equipment, and ensure safety compliance under the guidance of the Tool Pusher and field supervisor.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of workover rig experience.
• Valid state driver license with acceptable MVR; Class A or B CDL preferred.
• Ability to travel and work in all weather conditions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience with safety protocols and lifting operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a 4–5 person workover rig crew and operate well workover components safely.
• Inspect setup, transport, and operation of the rig; monitor equipment and maintenance.
• Train and direct crew on safety and job procedures.
• Ensure adherence to safety programs, procedures, and customer requirements.
• Be flexible for additional duties as assigned by Tool Pusher/Field Supervisor.
