Job summary

Cannon Cochran Management Services, Inc. is seeking a Workers' Compensation Claim Supervisor in Wall Township, NJ. This role oversees claim investigations and ensures quality service based on compliance with Corporate Claim Standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Workers’ Compensation claims handling experience is required.
• Ability to lead and oversee adjusters in a compliance-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of relevant Workers’ Compensation regulations.

Responsibilities

• Review and supervise all claim activity for compliance with standards.
• Investigate and adjust assigned claims per the handling standards.
• Authorize payments and negotiate settlements according to procedures.

Skills

Workers’ Compensation claims handling experience

Leadership and oversight skills

Understanding of NY, NJ, PA, DE, MD regulations

Effective communication skills

Bilingual (Spanish) proficiency

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
