Position Summary
The Lead Workday HRIS Analyst focuses on configuring, managing, and optimizing Workday modules, including Integrations, Reporting, HCM, Absence / Time Off, and Payroll. The candidate will collaborate across the organization to enhance systems, document requirements, train users, and manage projects of all sizes, ensuring Workday meets evolving business needs while maintaining data integrity and efficiency. Additionally, the position will play a critical role in helping shape our People Analytics insights, dashboards, and reporting.
