Job summary

Deloitte is hiring a Workday Financials Sr Consultant to lead project workstreams and document business requirements for ERP finance implementations. You will provide functional design, prototyping, testing, training, and support procedures while coordinating schedules and deliverables.

A certification or ability to obtain one is expected, with travel up to 50%. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in Workday/ERP, 1 full cycle implementation, and strong knowledge of R2R/PTP/OTC.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of consulting or industry experience in Workday Financials/ERP finance domain.
• 2+ years of experience leading Financials workstreams as well as project teams.
• Workday Financials Professional certification or capability to obtain upon joining.
• A minimum of 1 full life cycle Workday Financial implementation.
• Demonstrated knowledge in some combination of the following: Record to Report, Procure-to-Pay (PTP), Order-to-Cash (OTC).
• Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Bachelor's Degree or 8 years equivalent professional experience
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Responsibilities

• Lead project workstreams, identify and document business requirements, provide functional design and prototyping.
• Perform scenario design, flow mapping, testing, and user training; define support procedures.
• Coordinate schedules, create documentation and collateral, and execute test/use cases.
• Configure Workday software and assist with prioritization and sequencing of workstream efforts.
