Job summary

Baker Construction is seeking a Work Package Planner to support field activities on a nuclear construction project. You will develop work packages with design documents, procedures, and QA/QC references, coordinating with field leadership and project management to ensure compliance.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Safety, and QA/QC to include hold points, ensure proper sequencing, and update packages as contract changes occur. Strong MS Office skills and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years’ experience, or 10 years’ construction-related experience.
• Nuclear or Power facility experience preferred.
• Ability to utilize Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Manages work planners and collaborates with various coworkers to ensure that all contractual requirements are incorporated into formal work packages.
• Supports Construction with the Management of Work Package Planning.
• Coordinates with Engineering, Safety, QA/QC to include hold points and ensure routine updates to packages.
