Job summary

Arxada in Conley, Georgia is seeking a Senior Scientific Specialist to lead a small R&D team and drive innovative wood protection formulations from concept to commercialization. You will partner with customers, regulatory, manufacturing, and field teams to translate ideas into market-ready products.

Ideal candidates hold a PhD in Chemistry or related field, 5–10 years in formulation science, and a proven track record of launching new formulations.

Qualifications

• PhD in Chemistry, Applied Science, Materials Science, or related field.
• 5–10 years of formulation science or product development experience in specialty chemicals or related industries.
• Proven leadership, mentoring, and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of developing and commercializing formulations from concept to market.
