Job summary

Qualifications

1–3 years of hands-on experience with tools and fabrication equipment.

Responsibilities

Prepare prototypes of engineered wood composites and resin technologies for performance testing.
Conduct physical, mechanical, and chemical testing and interpret data.
Record results and communicate findings to R&D teams and customers.
Collaborate in a team to drive innovation and plan multiple priorities.
Travel to customer sites to support trials and provide technical assistance.
