Job summary

Blue Yonder is seeking a Technical Lead for Warehouse Management Solution implementations across the Americas. You will design best-in-class WMS solutions and act as the technical liaison among customers, PMs, architects, consultants, and third parties.

You will drive design, optimization, and integration efforts, oversee UAT and deployment phases, and identify opportunities for project acceleration and revenue growth. 50–75% travel in the US may be required.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in CS, Supply Chain, IS or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience may substitute.

Responsibilities

• Drive design, optimization, and implementation of Blue Yonder WMS solutions for customers in the Americas.
• Lead technical and integration design to ensure clear construct and validation tasks and timelines.
• Lead integration design with automation vendors to ensure smooth handoffs to deployment teams.
• Guide system integration, UAT, and deployment phases for seamless transition to support.
• Balance project scope, timeline, and requirements to ensure value and satisfaction.
• Assess needs outside standard solutions and evaluate integration complexity and roadmaps.
• Identify incremental revenue opportunities with existing customers and provide product feedback.
