Job summary

Panelmatic Inc. seeks a dedicated Lead Wiring Technician to guide a team of Wiring Technicians, ensuring assemblies meet engineering drawings, project specifications, and Panelmatic standards with safety and quality at the forefront.

The role involves coordinating daily work, mentoring staff, reviewing schematics, troubleshooting issues, and supporting production leadership to keep projects on schedule while delivering reliable control panels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 3+ years electrical panel wiring or related manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and engineering drawings.
• Lead or senior technician experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day direction and technical support to Wiring Technicians.
• Review drawings and diagrams to determine wiring requirements.
• Assign and prioritize daily work based on schedules.
• Inspect wiring and panel assemblies for quality.
• Train and mentor technicians on wiring techniques and safety.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and project specs.
