Job summary

A leading engineering services company in Midland, Texas, is seeking a Slickline/Braided Line Engineer to supervise daily wireline operations in the shop and field. The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma, CDL capability, and extensive knowledge of wireline operations and safety regulations. This role includes supervising a crew, ensuring safety compliance, and managing equipment inspections. Competitive benefits include medical insurance, PTO, and 401K with matching contributions.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass an incoming drug screen and background check.
• Class A or B CDL or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Basic computer skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervision of pre-job preparation and load outs.
• Ensuring all Pre and Post job vehicle and equipment inspections are completed.
• Directing crew on rigging-up and rigging-down equipment at the well site.
• Maintaining DOT records as required.
