Job summary

Mulya Technologies is seeking a Principal/Lead Wireless Communications System Architect to own the architecture of complex wireless and multi-antenna platforms. You will interface with customer system teams, drive system modeling, and define specifications translating into silicon implementations.

This senior role requires deep knowledge of communications theory, SDR-based architectures, and end-to-end error budgeting.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, or related field; PhD strongly preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in wireless communications system architecture for advanced SDR systems.
• Ownership of end-to-end communication signal chains and budgeting across RF, ADC/DAC, and DSP blocks.
• MIMO and multi-user spatial processing architectures.
• SNR/phase-noise budgets and their mapping into mixed-signal design requirements.
• System-level modeling using MATLAB or Python.
• Ability to articulate complex system decisions to internal teams and customers.
• Leadership in defining specifications for RTL, mixed-signal, verification, and system validation teams.

Responsibilities

• Define system architecture for next-gen multi-antenna and SDR-based platforms.
• Lead technical engagement with strategic customers and align joint plans.
• Architect and maintain MATLAB and analytical models for the full signal chain.
• Generate precise block-level specifications for digital baseband and RF interfacing.
• Drive alignment between digital architecture, DSP algorithms, and mixed-signal design.
• Collaborate with validation and silicon bring-up teams; define KPIs and debugging methods.
• Mentor system engineers and hardware teams; develop reusable models and best practices.
• Contribute to IP strategy and represent the company in technical engagements.
