Job summary

PNC is seeking a Wire Transfer Product Management Lead within Treasury Management. Based in one of multiple cities (Pittsburgh, NY, Chicago, IL, Cleveland, OH, Charlotte, NC, Dallas, TX or Houston, TX), you will define and execute the wire transfer product strategy and multi-year roadmap for domestic and international wires.

You will partner with product development, technology, operations, servicing and risk to inform the design and operating approach.

Qualifications

• Wire transfer product management experience including U.S. domestic and cross-border wires.
• Ability to partner with product development, operations and stakeholders.
• Ability to define, prioritize and execute product work across multiple platforms.
• Strong communication and influence skills across stakeholders.
• Strategic thinking with execution accountability.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with correspondent banks for cross-border wires.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains the product strategy plan for Wire Transfer including competitive position, growth strategies, metrics and roadmap.
• Champions product improvements with justification and prioritization.
• Manages product financials including budgeting and forecasting revenue and expenses.
• Partners with Operations, Servicing, Implementation, Risk and Compliance for end-to-end client experience.
• Partners with Go To Market teams to develop marketing materials and educate TM partners on capabilities.
