• Experience in wire transfer products including U.S. domestic and cross-border wires.
• Ability to partner with product development, operations and stakeholders.
• Ability to define, prioritize and execute work across platforms.
• Strong communication and influence to drive alignment across business and development/technology stakeholders.
• Experience operating at a strategic level with accountability for execution.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to select and partner with correspondent banks for cross-border wire processing.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains the product strategy for Wire Transfer with growth metrics and roadmaps.
• Champions product improvements with business justification and prioritization.
• Manages product financials including budgeting and forecasting revenue and expenses.
• Partners with Operations, Servicing, Implementation, Risk and Compliance for end-to-end experience.
• Collaborates with Go To Market teams on marketing collateral and partner education.
• Participates in industry groups and engages with banks to influence positive industry changes.
• Collaborates with Retail, Capital Markets/FX and other lines on enterprise wire initiatives.
