Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a senior lead engineer to spearhead Windows-based agent frameworks and scalable AI orchestration. You will architect the roadmap for always-on, self-evolving AI assistants running on GeForce RTX PCs and laptops, optimizing runtimes and enforcing strict privacy/security policies.

You will collaborate with AI research, driver teams, and the OpenClaw community while mentoring engineers and delivering production-grade code for a robust consumer hardware ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant software engineering experience with at least 3+ years in Staff or Lead Architect role.

Responsibilities

• Act as lead engineer for developing agent frameworks on Windows environments.
• Build the technical roadmap to bring always-on, self-evolving AI assistants to GeForce RTX PCs/laptops.
• Lead engineering efforts to optimize agent runtimes for Windows.
• Ensure autonomous agents operate within policy-based privacy and security frameworks.
• Partner with AI research, driver teams, and the OpenClaw community.
• Ensure consumer hardware provides an excellent ecosystem for autonomous agents.
• Mentor engineers, establish deployment guidelines, and write production-ready code.
