Job summary

Next Door & Window in St. Louis, MO is seeking an Installation Subcontractor to lead a two-man crew on window and door projects, delivering top-quality craftsmanship and outstanding service for Costco Warehouses and Marvin Windows.

You will install products, communicate with the main office, and work with the team to solve on-site challenges. Candidates should have at least three years of installation experience, strong problem-solving, and the ability to collaborate effectively.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in window and door installation.
• High level of technical problem-solving skills and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in a team environment, resolve issues, and support fellow crew members.

Responsibilities

• Executing window and door installations with meticulous attention to detail.
• Effectively communicating with the main office to relay job updates and information.
• Demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Collaborating with team members to problem-solve and ensure seamless installations.
• Taking initiative to resolve job site challenges and deliver high-quality results.
• Maintaining availability for a minimum of 3 days a week (Monday-Saturday).
• Delivering competitive labor rates for exceptional work performed.
