Rolling Suds of San Diego is seeking a motivated Lead Technician to manage a small crew on residential and commercial projects. The role focuses on delivering high-quality window cleaning using water-fed pole systems and traditional methods, with opportunities to lead and train others.

You will work outdoors, on ladders, and in varying weather, with a valid driver’s license. Pay ranges from $25.00 to $28.00 per hour and includes growth and advancement opportunities within a growing company.

Qualifications

• Lead and mentor a small crew on residential and commercial sites.
• Perform professional window cleaning using water-fed pole systems and traditional methods.
• Complete soft washing and pressure washing services safely and efficiently.
• Maintain high quality work and communicate professionally with customers.

Responsibilities

• Train and mentor junior technicians.
• Maintain company vehicles, hoses, tools, and equipment.
• Complete jobsite photos and reporting using company software and mobile apps.
• Ensure all work is of high quality.
