Rolling Suds San Diego - La Jolla is in search of an experienced Lead Technician to join their team. This position involves leading a crew in soft wash and power washing projects, ensuring high-quality results on every job site. You’ll also communicate with clients and help mentor junior technicians.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in home services, strong leadership skills, and a valid driver's license. This role requires physical labor and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in home services, such as pressure washing.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small crew on soft wash and power washing projects.
• Ensure all work is performed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients.
• Train and mentor junior technicians.
• Maintain equipment and company vehicles in excellent working condition.
• Assist with scheduling and job site logistics.
