Position Title: Lead Window Cleaning Technician

Position Type: Full-time, permanent

Typical Schedule: Mon-Fri, 7:30am – 3:30pm

Our team of cleaning technicians enjoys working outside within the community interacting with our commercial and residential customers. The cleaning technician is responsible for managing daily work order completion, job site quality control, and fulfilling the needs of our customers to the best of their capabilities.

Description of Duties:

1. Provide excellent customer service to our clients
2. Manage and execute daily assigned work orders
3. Demonstrate the importance of safety in the workplace, set and follow safety standards, and report unsafe conditions to the appropriate Supervisor
4. Maintain weekly completed production standards and expectations
5. Act as the liaison/ambassador for Fish Window Cleaning while interacting with customers

Qualifications:

1. Strong communication skills

3. Ability to contribute to a high-functioning team as well as work independently
4. Strong time management skills
