Enel North America is seeking a Lead Technician to mentor junior technicians and oversee wind turbine maintenance in Satanta, KS. You’ll review manuals and diagrams to plan tasks, tools and parts, and coordinate daily work with the crew.
The role requires strong mechanical, electrical and hydraulic skills, a safety mindset, and the ability to solve problems on site. Wind-energy experience and a technical degree are preferred.

This is an onsite position out of Satanta, KS
Lead Technicians will safely mentor more junior technicians to inspect, troubleshoot, install components, and repair wind turbines, and turbine internal and external components. Lead Tech's review manuals and schematic diagrams to determine the tasks, tools, equipment, and parts needed and will coordinate Plan of Days, help troubleshoot complicated issues, and oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the technicians.
