Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• 3+ years welding experience.
• Strong interpersonal and public speaking skills.
• Ability to produce routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to interpret student retention statistics.
• Experience with scheduling; flexible and organized.
• Knowledge of safety and accreditation guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct classroom observations and surveys; review results with stakeholders.
• Maintain inventory of equipment, supplies, and course materials.
• Assist with scheduling instructors for assigned classes and coverage.
• Prepare and organize lesson materials, equipment, and training areas.
• Enforce and support school policies; advise instructors as needed.
• Contribute to curriculum review by gathering information from instructors.
