Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Communicates daily production plan with Tier-1 teams.
• Assigns staff and adjusts floor staffing per production needs.
• Monitors PvA boards hourly or per job; reports issues.
• Provides coaching, training and supports employee development.
• Maintains 5S standards and acts as zone owner in assigned areas.
• Operates welding equipment and performs basic maintenance as needed.
