Robinhood Markets, Inc. is seeking a senior software engineer to lead web-based options features. You will work across web trading flows, onboarding, and monitoring tools, partnering with product managers and designers to deliver customer-focused capabilities.

The role emphasizes performance, observability, and end-to-end ownership, with collaboration across teams and a strong emphasis on shipping across platforms. This position is based in Menlo Park, CA with in-person hybrid attendance.

Formación

• 7+ years of professional software development.
• Experience building production web apps in React and TS.
• Strong debugging and data problem solving in performance and data issues.
• End-to-end ownership of projects from design to rollout.
• Experience leading projects and setting technical direction.
• Clear communication about technical tradeoffs with teams.

Responsabilidades

• Act as tech lead for options on web, setting direction on platform topics like performance and observability.
• Design, build, test, and roll out features in React and TypeScript across trading flows, onboarding, and monitoring tools.
• Own projects end to end, including cross-team efforts.
• Break larger projects into smaller pieces and guide other engineers.
• Diagnose complex performance problems and data issues, find root causes, and set up monitoring.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to shape and ship customer-facing features.
