EY in the United States seeks a Manager in Private Tax to deliver sophisticated personal and private tax advice and compliance for business owners and high-net-worth families. You will mentor junior professionals and deepen client relationships.

Responsibilities include wealth transfer planning, governance strategies, and multijurisdictional considerations while traveling as needed. Strong leadership and tax research skills are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with tax, business or financial planning experience.
• CPA certification or membership in The Bar.
• Typically, no less than 4–6 years relevant experience.
• Understanding of estate and wealth planning.
• Experience with federal and state personal and trust taxation.
• Experience with flow-through entities (S-Corps, Partnerships, LLCs).
• Understanding automated tax processing systems.
• Commitment to continuous learning and travel as needed.
