The role emphasizes risk management, client service, and team leadership within a hybrid, client-facing model. Travel may be required as engagements progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in tax, business, or financial planning with relevant experience.
• CPA certification or membership in The Bar.
• Typically, 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• Thorough understanding of estate and wealth planning.
• Experience with federal and state personal and trust taxation.
• Experience with flow-through entities (S-Corps, Partnerships, LLCs).
• Understanding of automated tax processing systems.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and travel willingness.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored tax advice and compliance for complex family and business structures.
• Support wealth transfer, succession planning, and governance strategies.
• Navigate multijurisdictional and cross-border tax matters.
• Coach and develop a team of tax professionals and review their work.
• Identify risks and opportunities to improve services and processes.
