Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Seven (7) years of relevant experience in municipal infrastructure construction or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily inspections of water/wastewater construction activities to ensure compliance with plans and standards.
• Review project plans, drawings, and specifications, providing guidance to contractors and teams.
• Monitor contractor performance for schedule, quality, and budget adherence.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports with photos and non-conformities.
• Coordinate construction meetings to discuss progress and issues.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, permits, and safety protocols.
• Verify materials meet contract specs and industry standards.
• Serve as liaison between construction team, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders.
