Job summary

California Water Service Group is seeking a Supervisor/Superintendent for Lake Isabella, CA. This role oversees district operations, including capital construction and maintenance, and supports the District Manager with critical decisions.

The position is located in Lake Isabella, California. The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent water utility experience, 5 years in water utility operations, 1 year in supervision, and Grade II/III Distribution plus Grade II Treatment

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent water utility experience.
Five years of experience in a water utility field operations or related department.
One year of supervisory experience preferred.
State Water Resources Control Board certifications: Grade II/III Distribution and Grade II Treatment.

Responsibilities

Supervises staff and assigns work; may conduct performance reviews.
Oversees field operations including capital construction and maintenance.
Manages distribution system flushing, valve exercises, and repairs.
Ensures water quality decisions using operators and SCADA knowledge.
Coordinates with agencies and oversees new service installations and inspections.
