Inframark is seeking a Water Lead Operator in Florida to lead daily treatment plant operations, supervise shift staff, and ensure the delivery of safe drinking water. The role requires a Class A Water Operator license and strong hands-on leadership.

You will operate and maintain treatment systems, monitor data, perform lab testing, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. This is a hands-on, problem-solving position that offers relocation assistance may be available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Florida Class A license preferred.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Florida Class A Water Treatment Plant Operator license or reciprocity preferred.
