Job summary

Colorado 911 Resource Center, Inc. seeks an Excavation Pipe Repair Technician to collaborate with the Construction Manager and Foreman for rehabilitation of water, sewer, and storm lines.

You will lead a crew, ensure safety, manage schedules, and coordinate with subcontractors to meet project goals. Requirements include a High School diploma or GED, 3+ years foreman experience in outdoor construction, CDL A with endorsements, and OSHA-10/Trench Safety training.

Qualifications

• High school education or GED is required.
• Minimum 3 years of Foreman experience in outdoor construction is preferred.
• CDL A with endorsements or ability to obtain CDL A within 180 days.
• OSHA-10/Trench Safety Training is required or substitute accepted.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quantities are verified; traffic plans, isolation and bypass plans completed; document site conditions in PM system.
• Verify construction execution complies with plans and specs.
• Attend pre-construction meetings and related sessions.
• Communicate work schedule to customer; supervise subcontractors and vendors on site.
• Lead and train crew in repair of underground utilities (water, sewer, storm).
• Inspect work for quality and spec compliance; prepare reports as needed.
