Starting pay ranges from $35.00 to $45.00 per hour, with a $4,000 sign-on bonus for CDL holders and additional offers for non-CDL hires. Benefits include per diem, hotel stays, and full coverage healthcare.

Qualifications

We are currently looking for an Experienced Water and Sewer Pipeline Utility Maintenance Foreman to join our team in Littleton, CO. Our foreman executes the details of each well‑thought‑out project. Our company depends on this team member to do what it takes to provide the best solutions for our customers. We are offering a limited‑time sign‑on bonus of $4,000 for new hires with a valid CDL license, and sign‑on bonuses for new hires without a current CDL license are also available at a reduced amount. New employees who meet the criteria outlined in our sign‑on bonus program will be eligible for the full payout. The starting pay is $35.00–$45.00 per hour depending on experience.

What We Need From You

• Valid driver's license required with a clean motor vehicle report
• Manage a 4‑man repair crew
• Experience operating backhoe and excavator
• Experience with excavating around existing utilities
• Experience with water main repairs
• Experience with gate valve repairs and replacement
• Experience with fire hydrant repairs and replacements
• Experience with water taps through 2"
• Experience with sewer point repairs
• Have a CDL A or required to obtain an CDL A
• Ability to be on call for 1 week each month (on‑call compensation provided – required)
• Interact with the customer and district & city representatives on a daily basis
• Maintaining a safe work environment and jobsite
• Maintain regular, consistent, and professional attendance, and punctuality
• Possess excellent communication skills
• Possess problem‑solving skills
• Able to work well in stressful situations
• Be a self‑motivated team player who can work well with others
• Complete all daily paperwork
