AllKlean in Post Falls, Idaho is hiring a Lead Water Restoration Technician. The role focuses on drying out flooded homes and buildings, setting up equipment, and leading a mitigation team through challenging situations.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Handle issues caused by water damage and remove/replace damaged materials.
• Assist with setting up air movers, dehumidifiers, and HEPA air scrubbers to restore damaged property.
• Work closely with the mitigation team to ensure customers are well taken care of.
• Communicate in a friendly and professional manner with teammates and customers.
• Follow company policies to maintain safety, quality, and a professional image.
• Drive a company vehicle to and from job sites while following all state traffic laws and company policies.
• Document drying progress using a phone or tablet on DASH.
