Job summary

Dry Force Corp in Post Falls, Idaho, is seeking a Lead Water Restoration Technician to lead mitigation efforts on flooded homes and businesses. You will oversee drying operations, coordinate with the team, and ensure top-notch customer care while driving a company vehicle and maintaining safety standards.

The role includes on-call hours, occasional nights/weekends, and a starting hourly pay of $23–$25, with full employee health, dental, and vision coverage. A paid trial day is offered.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

This position is a Lead Water Restoration Technician, which is a position with tons of potential! We dry out flooded homes and businesses and get to be the hero in our customer's difficult situation.

Starting pay is $23-25 per hour depending on experience. We offer 100% paid health, dental and vision insurance for the employee, vacation pay, and cell phone reimbursement. There is a requirement of on call hours, including nights and weekends. Normal schedule is 8-5ish Monday-Friday. we always offer a paid trial day so you can see the job for yourself.

Responsibilities:

• Handle any issues caused by water damage and remove and replace damaged materials
• Assist with setting up air movers, dehumidifiers, and HEPA air scrubbers to restore damaged property
• Work closely with rest of the mitigation team to ensure customers are well taken care of
• Communicate in a friendly and professional manner with teammates and customers
• Follow company policies to maintain safety, quality, and a professional image
• Drive a company vehicle to and from job sites while following all state traffic laws and company policies
• Document drying progress using a phone or tablet on DASH.

Salary Information
