HDR is seeking an experienced Project Manager for its Water Business Group. You will lead single-discipline to complex multi-disciplinary engineering projects, balancing planning and design work while managing budgets and client relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• 7 years related engineering experience.
• Minimum 2 years project management experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• MS Office and MS Project experience required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and manage small to medium-sized projects and large multi-disciplinary programs.
• Coordinate planning and design teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Build and maintain client relationships and participate in marketing and negotiations.
• Lead meetings, workshops, and technical discussions with stakeholders.
• Interface with governing agencies during reviews and permitting.
• Facilitate design development and contract documentation sessions.
• Track budgets and allocate resources to meet scope and schedule.
• Provide regular status updates with project controllers and accounting.
• Perform technical analyses and prepare engineering reports.
• Mentor junior engineers to develop water/wastewater expertise.
• Support firm-wide initiatives and perform additional duties as needed.
