Qualifications

• Dewald Academy of Drying certificate or equivalent required.
• IICRC accreditation required or preferred.
• Experience in water mitigation is essential.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work in varied environments.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch to job sites from home and oversee daily mitigation jobs.
• Manage an assistant technician and serve as the main customer contact.
• Develop and execute drying plans based on loss evaluations.
• Respond to after-hours calls and weather-related events as needed.
• Maintain assigned vehicle and equipment readiness.
