Job summary

SERVPRO - Team SPG is seeking a Lead Technician to guide field crews in remediation and restoration projects. You will perform production work, direct technicians, and ensure safe, efficient job flow at multiple sites.

The role requires a valid driver's license, willingness to travel locally, and the ability to communicate professionally with customers and supervisors. On-site work and on-call rotation are routine.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Prior fire/water/mold restoration or mitigation field experience preferred.
• IICRC certifications preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean record; driving is an essential function.
• Ability to lead crews and provide feedback on-site.
• Willing to travel locally or out of state.
• Authorized to work in the United States; background check may be required.

Responsibilities

• Complete jobs per work order and guide production work.
• Drive company vehicles between job sites.
• Transport crew, tools, equipment, and materials; ensure proper loading and securing.
• Perform restoration activities including water extraction and drying.
• Establish efficient job flow and coordinate equipment and staging areas.
• Provide hands-on direction and real-time feedback to technicians.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and work is documented.
• Communicate professionally with customers, supervisors, and technicians.
