Rytech Restoration is seeking a dependable, motivated WRT Certified Water and Fire Restoration Team Lead in Atlanta, GA. You will lead restoration projects, support team members, and deliver high-quality results on every job.

Responsibilities include extracting water, drying structures, documenting moisture readings, and coordinating safe, efficient mitigation. Strong communication and a clean driving record are essential, with on-call rotations including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• WRT Certification required.
• 2+ yrs experience with water and fire restoration.
• Ability to manage projects independently.
• Great customer and communication skills.
• Clean driver record.
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Carry out water extraction, structural drying, and fire restoration work.
• Install, inspect, and maintain drying equipment throughout the restoration process.
• Document moisture readings, project milestones, and updates.
• Promote safe work practices while maintaining high standards of workmanship.
• Inspect damaged structures and create effective mitigation efforts.
• Prepare job sites through selective demolition and cleanup efforts.
