PuroClean of Central Denver is seeking an experienced Water & Fire Mitigation Lead Technician to guide field operations. You will lead technicians, communicate with customers, solve problems in the field, and own job progress from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Experience leading restoration field crews and coordinating activities.
• Strong knowledge of water, fire, smoke, and mold mitigation processes.
• Proven ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential and commercial mitigation projects end-to-end.
• Supervise mitigation technicians and coordinate with office teams.
• Manage jobs from initial response through completion, ensuring safety and quality.
• Document progress with photos, moisture readings, and notes weekly.
• Explain the mitigation process to customers and obtain authorizations.
