Hiner Outdoor Living in Colorado Springs, CO is seeking a Landscaping Construction Foreman to lead a small crew on residential and commercial landscapes. The role focuses on quality, safety, and client satisfaction while guiding installation of water features, patios, walls, and irrigation.

You will supervise 2–3 crew members, coordinate logistics, and collaborate with clients as the face of the company. A valid driver's license, dependable transportation, and a commitment to drug-free work are

Formación

• 2–3+ years in landscape installation, hardscape, or construction.
• Extensive water features installation experience.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Drug-free and able to pass background checks.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a crew of 2–3, coach, train, and uphold safety and quality.
• Transport materials to job sites using company vehicle.
• Coordinate installations: water features, patios, walls, kitchens, fire pits, irrigation.
• Work with diverse materials: boulders, stone, concrete, plants.
• Delegate tasks, ensure high-quality output and client communication.
• Enforce safety and quality standards.
• Represent the company to clients with professionalism.
• Use autonomy and creativity in project decisions.
• Other duties as assigned.
