Job summary

Uloop Inc. is seeking an experienced lead water damage remediation technician for its Miami office, located in West Kendall. This full-time position includes responsibilities such as setting up drying equipment, demolition of wet materials, and maintaining air quality through cleaning services.

The ideal candidate will have experience in water damage remediation, hold a valid driver’s license, and have an ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs. Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are a plus. Important benefits include paid time off.

We are a statewide restoration company offering mitigation services involving water damage, fire/smoke damage, mold damage and storm damage cleanup.

We are in need of an experienced lead water damage remediation technician to join our Miami office (located in West Kendall).

Responsibilities

• Set up drying equipment
• Set up containment
• Demolition of wet materials (drywall/flooring)
• Roof tarping
• Microcleaning
• Mold remediation
• Water extraction
• Air duct cleaning/dryer vent cleaning
• Photograph and document work properly
• Use DASH/DryTrack (helpful)

Qualifications

• Experience in water damage remediation
• Valid driver’s license
• Able to travel throughout South Florida
• IICRC certification preferred
• Ability to lift/move 50 lbs or more
• Bilingual a plus (English/Spanish)
• Restoration industry experience
