Job summary

Pennoni is seeking a Senior Engineer to lead water and wastewater projects at our Winter Haven, Florida office. The role involves managing design, bidding, and construction support for wastewater treatment and conveyance facilities, with client coordination across the Mid-Atlantic region, especially PA & NJ.

The successful candidate will oversee project scopes, schedules, and budgets, mentor staff, and coordinate with regulatory agencies for permitting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering-oriented discipline (Civil or Environmental preferred).
• 8+ years of professional engineering experience, preferably in wastewater/wet utility projects.
• PE license or ability to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team on multiple projects to complete design, bidding, contract administration, and construction support.
• Interact with clients in PA/NJ focusing on design criteria and permitting for water/wastewater facilities.
• Design and develop project plans, technical reports, cost estimates, and specs; coordinate with regulatory agencies.
