Job summary

Technica LLC seeks a Warehouse Laborer Lead to manage warehousing tasks at Fort Belvoir and the Pentagon. Hours are 7am-3:30pm, Monday–Friday, with work centered at the Fort Belvoir site.

You will supervise laborers, verify materials, route and store goods, and direct distribution operations. Experience with material handling equipment and timekeeping software is required; candidates must be able to lift 50 lbs and obtain a CAC via NACI clearance.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with DSS or Government data systems and procedures.
• Comfortable using electronic timekeeping software.
• Must be eligible for a NACI clearance to obtain CAC.
• Ability to learn and operate MHE including forklifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform laborer duties following storage plan and receive goods against documents.
• Route materials to storage locations and palletize as required.
• Oversee storage and distribution operations and guide other workers.
• Plan workloads and schedules weekly or monthly based on projections.
• Review timesheets and manage leave requests for staff.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and company policies.
