Role overview

As a Lead Warehouse Worker, you will assist Operations Managers, promote safety, identify training needs, analyze root causes, and collaborate on process improvements. You will assign tasks, monitor progress, and proactively solve problems, demonstrating professionalism and leadership.

Responsibilities include

• Assisting in coordinating work activities and process flow.
• Supporting safety culture and training needs.
• Participating in root cause analysis and audits.
• Collaborating with teams to optimize product flow and quality.
• Assigning tasks and monitoring team performance.
• Anticipating needs and resolving issues proactively.

About you

• Ability to lift 47 lbs. frequently and up to 60 lbs. occasionally.
• Access to all distribution center areas.
• Ability to read and understand documentation.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• Computer operation skills after training.
• Time-management and multitasking abilities.
• 1-3 years leadership or warehousing experience.
