Job summary

Graybar in Union City, CA is seeking a warehouse associate to receive, store, pick, pack, and ship inventory using WMS. You will cut wire and cable with machines, operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other equipment, and maintain a safe, organized work area. The role supports the pipe department with physical tasks and cycle counts, under supervision.

Strong reliability, ability to lift up to 70 pounds, and adherence to safety procedures are essential; prior warehouse/WMS experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse environment is preferred.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment and follow WMS procedures.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, pick, pack, and ship inventory following WMS.
• Cut wire and cable with machines and ensure accuracy of cuts.
• Load, measure, cut, spool, and bundle wires and cables for job orders.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and perform daily safety inspections.
